In order to rent or purchase an in-home/mild Hyperbaric Oxygen (mHBOT) unit, a physicians prescription is required
Of course, if you are under the care of a prescribing doctor, we will help you select the unit that best fits your needs and will give the same discounted rental and purchase prices that we provide to our own medical center patients and consulting clients.
If you are not currently under a prescribing physician's supervision, please consider the following:
Medical Supervision Options
1. Request a prescription from your personal physician as follows:
"In-home hyperbaric therapy up to 1.3 ATM, with 10L/20PSI oxygen concentrator, fitted masks, pass through kit and O2 tubing"
2. Contact our clinic and complete and prescreening questionnaire AND provide a copy of physical exam in the last calendar year. Then we will see if you can be cleared for general wellness purposes and local doctor or if you need to consult via video with one of our doctors for guidance and direction. (40 min phone consult /$230)
3. Receive medical clearance and get a prescription from one of our doctors (requires an in-office physical exam). (30 min phone consult + 30 min in-person physical exam / $295)
