Amino Acid Therapy Parkinson’s Disease

New Patient Process
- Phone appointment with Dr. Basinger – chart review (45 min)
- In-office visit with Dr. Soorya (45 min) –This includes a complete history and physical exam and full discussion regarding testing and treatment options.
General Pricing Information
New Patient Appointments, or Appointments to Review Labs: $450/hr, prorated to the length of time spent with the doctor
Follow-up Appointments: $380/hr, prorated to the length of each appointment. Once treatment is underway, a typical follow-up appointment for the DBS protocol is 10-30 minutes, billed at $105 and $160.
Cancellation Policy: Any cancellations or changes to the schedule require at least 3 business days’ notice to avoid a late cancellation fee.
Billing Statements (also known as a superbill): Natural Balance is out-of-network for all insurance plans, and we don’t bill your insurance. We will provide you with a superbill for every encounter with the appropriate codes to submit to your insurance for reimbursement to you directly. Please know that we have literally given up trying to figure out the whims of insurance and cannot guarantee you will be reimbursed as such. For your reference, following are the codes we usually provide with your superbill.
New Patient Billing Codes for Insurance - The new patient appointment is a total of 90 min, split between 2 encounters ($675):
